To enhance the quality of the working environment for employees and gradually modernize infrastructure for management purposes, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (DCL) has officially launched a project to construct a new executive building at its headquarters.<\/p>\n

After many years of use, the current executive building has shown limitations in functionality and workspace, no longer meeting the needs of the company\u2019s expanding operations. \u201cGiven this reality, DCL\u2019s leadership has agreed on the plan to upgrade and construct a new executive building with a modern scale, full amenities, aesthetic appeal, functional design, and alignment with the company\u2019s long-term development strategy,\u201d shared Mr. Luong Ngoc Luong, Head of Construction Investment Management at F.I.T Group.<\/p>\n

According to the plan, the new executive building will have three floors with a total floor area of over 1,200 m\u00b2: the ground floor covering 429 m\u00b2, and both the first and second floors covering 402 m\u00b2 each. The building\u2019s design emphasizes open, airy workspaces that maximize natural light while integrating various supporting facilities such as multi-purpose meeting rooms, reception areas, and collaborative workspaces.<\/p>\n
