On November 15, 2025, the grassroots Trade Union of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company solemnly held its 14th Congress for the 2025\u20132030 term.<\/em><\/p>\n

The Congress took place at a time when the country is entering a critical phase of administrative boundary restructuring \u2014 a historic decision marking a period of renewal and strong reorganization to meet development demands in a new era. This context also places higher expectations on the workforce and trade union organizations as they accompany enterprises and contribute to the stability and sustainability of the national economy.<\/p>\n

With the motto\u00a0<\/span>\u201cSolidarity \u2013 Democracy \u2013 Discipline \u2013 Innovation \u2013 Development\u201d<\/em>, the Congress clearly defined the role of the Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Trade Union during this transition: not only to care for and protect workers\u2019 rights, but also to help build a strong and capable workforce \u2014 a fundamental pillar for the company\u2019s growth and the nation-building process.<\/p>\n

The Congress took place at the main hall of Benovas Medical Equipment JSC.<\/em><\/p>\n

For years, the DCL Trade Union has been a spiritual support for more than 800 employees, serving as a bridge between the Board of Directors and the company\u2019s staff. Worker representation and protection have been effectively implemented through the Collective Labor Agreement, which includes several benefits exceeding standard regulations. The union ensures that 100% of employees are fully covered by social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and accident insurance. It also consistently organizes welfare activities such as hospital visit support, periodic health check-ups, birthday and holiday gifts, company trips, and recognition for long-term employees.<\/p>\n

In parallel, the Trade Union has placed strong emphasis on building a rich cultural environment and promoting corporate values through emulation movements, sports and cultural activities, and internal exchanges, contributing to a cohesive and friendly workplace. The union has actively encouraged employees to help build a green \u2013 clean \u2013 beautiful working environment following the 5S standards, and has embedded the five core values \u2014\u00a0<\/span>Sincerity, Compliance, Desire for Victory, Continuous Improvement, and Perfect Execution<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>\u2014 as guiding principles in daily work and conduct.<\/p>\n

Its collaboration with company leadership is also reflected in participation in production\u2013business planning, process improvement toward innovation and technology, involvement in HR policy development, human resource training, and nurturing outstanding union members for Party admission consideration.<\/p>\n

These efforts have produced remarkable results during the 2023\u20132028 term: more than VND 786 million allocated to employee welfare activities; 112 new members admitted to the union; 6 exemplary members introduced for Party admission; and numerous charity initiatives raising over VND 29.5 million for community support. The union was recognized as\u00a0<\/span>\u201cExcellently Fulfilling Its Duties\u201d<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>for the entire term, reaffirming its role as a reputable representative organization and a solid support for employees.<\/p>\n

Representatives of DCL\u2019s grassroots Trade Union present the summary report at the Congress.<\/em><\/p>\n

Entering the new 2025\u20132030 term, the DCL Trade Union will focus on renewing its operational methods, enhancing the capacity of union officials, strengthening the protection of workers\u2019 rights, ensuring workplace safety, promoting emulation movements linked with productivity improvement and technological adoption, and further building a strong, sustainable union organization with emphasis on developing future leaders.<\/p>\n

In an atmosphere of openness and democracy, delegates from both Business and Production divisions contributed many practical insights on training, improving working conditions, and strengthening emulation movements linked to productivity, quality, and safety. These proposals were acknowledged and incorporated into the direction for the new term.<\/p>\n

The Congress elected the Executive Committee for the 2025\u20132030 term, consisting of 09 members trusted by union members, expected to continue steering the union toward greater innovation, effectiveness, and closer connection with employees.<\/p>\n

On behalf of the new Executive Committee, Mr. Nguy\u1ec5n V\u0103n Ho\u00e0ng \u2014 Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union \u2014 affirmed their commitment:\u00a0<\/span>\u201cWe will unite, innovate, and act more effectively to protect workers\u2019 rights, continuously enhance human resource quality, and make meaningful contributions to the company\u2019s development.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

After more than four hours of serious and dedicated work, the 14th Congress of the grassroots Trade Union of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical JSC concluded successfully in a spirit of unity, democracy, and high responsibility. The programs and directions approved at the Congress will serve as an important foundation for the Executive Committee of the 2025\u20132030 term to implement more practical and effective activities. With the collective support of all union members and employees, the Trade Union will continue to affirm its role as a solid pillar contributing positively to the sustainable development of the company and the Group.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
