Annual health check-ups have become a regular activity at Duoc Cuu Long, demonstrating the company\u2019s sense of responsibility and strong commitment to safeguarding employees\u2019 healthcare rights. In 2025, the program continued to be rolled out for all employees across production plants and office units. The process was carefully planned and reasonably scheduled to ensure effective medical examinations while minimizing any impact on production and business operations.<\/p>\n

The health check-ups were conducted in full compliance with regulations on occupational safety, hygiene, and employee healthcare. The examinations included general health assessments, biochemical tests, complete blood counts, ultrasound scans, X-rays, and specialized screenings to provide a comprehensive evaluation of each individual\u2019s health status. This approach helps identify early signs of potential health issues and supports employees in proactively monitoring their health and adjusting their lifestyles for long-term well-being.<\/p>\n
To enhance organizational efficiency, Duoc Cuu Long developed a department-based examination plan, with appropriate time slots and locations. Employee groups were arranged on a rotational basis, ensuring full participation during working hours without disrupting production lines.<\/p>\n
