According consolidated audited report in 2016, DCL reached 738 billion net revenue and 90.149 billion profit after tax.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dcl.com.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/img_2478-3-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"img_2478\" width=\"621\" height=\"343\" title=\"img_2478-3\"><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>2016 l\u00e0 n\u0103m th\u1ee9 3 li\u00ean ti\u1ebfp DCL \u0111\u1ea1t t\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng \u1ea5n t\u01b0\u1ee3ng v\u1ec1 doanh thu v\u00e0 l\u1ee3i nhu\u1eadn. T\u00ednh trung b\u00ecnh giai \u0111o\u1ea1n 2014 &#8211; 2016, DCL \u0111\u1ea1t t\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng l\u1ee3i nhu\u1eadn g\u1ea7n 70%\/n\u0103m (n\u0103m sau so v\u1edbi n\u0103m li\u1ec1n tr\u01b0\u1edbc).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>C\u0169ng t\u1ea1i cu\u1ed9c h\u1ecdp n\u00e0y, \u0110H\u0110C\u0110 th\u00f4ng qua ph\u01b0\u01a1ng \u00e1n ph\u00e1t h\u00e0nh 500.000 c\u1ed5 phi\u1ebfu \u01b0u \u0111\u00e3i cho c\u00e1n b\u1ed9 qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd, v\u1edbi gi\u00e1 ph\u00e1t h\u00e0nh b\u1eb1ng m\u1ec7nh gi\u00e1 c\u1ed5 ph\u1ea7n. \u0110\u1ee3t ph\u00e1t h\u00e0nh n\u00e0y nh\u1eb1m m\u1ee5c \u0111\u00edch t\u1ea1o \u0111\u1ed9ng l\u1ef1c cho c\u00e1c c\u00e1n b\u1ed9 \u0111ang c\u00f4ng t\u00e1c t\u1ea1i C\u00f4ng ty, c\u0169ng nh\u01b0 thu h\u00fat nh\u1eefng nh\u00e2n s\u1ef1 c\u00f3 tr\u00ecnh \u0111\u1ed9 cao v\u1ec1 DCL.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dcl.com.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/img_2534-1-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"img_2534\" width=\"620\" height=\"380\" title=\"img_2534-1\"><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In particular, DCL would also approved the authorization for the Board of Director to review and adjust invested industry for the share released to oversea investors and for the target investment to new area as oncology medicine.<\/p>\n<p>2016 is considered a successful year for DCL, the company not only achieve impressive growth in profits but also perform of building good distribution network, increasing the competitiveness in the market.\u00a0At the same time, at late 2016, DCL also done the acquisitions of Euvipharm, a Valeant pharmaceutical company members, \u00a0one of the large pharmaceutical companies in Canada.\u00a0The deal is completed, DCL not only achieve the goal of improving production capacity at low cost but also save 3 years in case of self-construction.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2015, DCL has officially become a subsidiary of FIT Group.
