The interval between doses should be 4-6 hours.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">For patients with renal impairment, the minimum interval is 8 hours. If pain continues for more than 5 days, do not continue treatment without consulting a physician.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The daily dose of Paracetamol is about 60mg\/kg\/day, divided into 4-6 doses.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Adults and children over 11 years<\/strong>: Take 1 capsule per dose, repeat after 4-6 hours if needed.
