The maximum dose for a single administration is 1g (2 tablets\/dose).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Children<\/strong>:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Children under 10 years<\/strong>: Do not use this tablet.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Children 10 to 15 years<\/strong>: Take 500mg per dose (1 tablet per dose), every 4-6 hours, maximum of 4 doses\/24 hours.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Children 16 to 18 years<\/strong>: Use the same dose as adults.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Renal Impairment<\/strong>: In children with CrCl &lt; 10ml\/min, the dose interval should be 8 hours. In adults with CrCl 10-50ml\/min, the dose interval should be 6 hours. For CrCl &lt; 10ml\/min, the dose interval should be 8 hours.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Hepatic Impairment<\/strong>: Use with caution and at a low dose.
