For patients with renal impairment (creatinine clearance less than 10ml\/min), the minimum interval is 8 hours.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Adults<\/strong>: Take 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours. The duration of pain relief treatment should be limited to less than 3 days, and if adequate pain relief is not achieved, the patient\/caregiver should consult a doctor for advice.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Note<\/strong>: The maximum daily dose of Codein for pain relief is no more than 240mg\/day. (Do not exceed 6 tablets of Panalgan\u00ae Codein in 24 hours).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Children 12-18 years<\/strong>: The dose for pain relief is 1-2 tablets every 6 hours. If necessary, it can be increased up to a maximum of 240mg\/day (8 tablets\/day).
