To continue pain relief, 200 mg can be taken twice daily, if necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Elderly (over 65)<\/strong>: No dose adjustment is needed, although plasma drug concentration may increase.
