A high dose can be up to 6 tablets daily.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Alcoholism<\/strong>: 5 tablets per dose, 3 times daily during initial withdrawal. Depending on the response, increase by 6 tablets daily every 3-4 days up to a maximum dose of 25 tablets daily.
