{"id":17973,"date":"2024-10-07T18:23:33","date_gmt":"2024-10-07T11:23:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dcl.com.vn\/cproduct\/medrobcap\/"},"modified":"2026-02-11T16:59:24","modified_gmt":"2026-02-11T09:59:24","slug":"medrobcap","status":"publish","type":"cproduct","link":"https:\/\/dcl.com.vn\/en\/cproduct\/medrobcap\/","title":{"rendered":"MEDROBCAP\u00ae"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Indications &amp; Usage<\/strong>:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Medrobcap\u00ae with the active ingredient Methylprednisolone is used in non-specific therapy requiring the anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects of glucocorticoids for: Rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, certain vasculitis: giant cell arteritis and polyarteritis nodosa; sarcoidosis, bronchial asthma, chronic ulcerative colitis, acute hemolytic anemia, lymphoma, breast cancer, prostate cancer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Methylprednisolone is also indicated for the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Dosage &amp; Administration<\/strong>:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Dosage is determined individually. The starting dose is 6-40 mg per day.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Treatment of a severe asthma attack in hospitalized patients<\/strong>: Initially, administer methylprednisolone 60-120 mg intravenously every 6 hours; after the acute asthma attack subsides, use an oral dose of 32-48 mg\/day. Then gradually reduce the dose and can be discontinued within 10 days to 2 weeks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Acute asthma attack<\/strong>: 2-48 mg\/day for 5 days, then a lower dose can be supplemented for one week.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Severe rheumatic diseases<\/strong>: Initially use a dose of 0.8 mg\/kg\/day divided into small doses, then maintenance therapy with a single daily dose.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Rheumatoid arthritis<\/strong>: Starting dose is 4-6 mg\/day. During an acute flare-up, use a higher dose: 16-32 mg\/day, then reduce it quickly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Chronic arthritis in children with life-threatening complications<\/strong>: Sometimes a pulse therapy is used at a dose of 10-30 mg\/kg\/course (usually 3 courses).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Sarcoidosis<\/strong>: 0.8 mg\/kg\/day.
