The tablet can be broken in half at the score line. Dosage varies depending on the individual&#8217;s response and tolerance.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Contraindications<\/strong>:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Hypersensitivity to chlorpheniramine or any component of the medication.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Over-the-counter cough and cold preparations for children under 2 years of age.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) increase the anticholinergic potential of chlorpheniramine.
