Binh Thanh is an islet commune in Cao Lanh district, Dong Thap province. Binh Thanh is a floating in the middle of Tien river in Cao Lanh district, Dong Thap province.

Although in recent years, Binh Thanh commune has been invested to build a rural transport system to ensure convenience for people to travel and transport goods and consume agricultural products.
