On October 16, 2022, F.I.T Group held the F.I.T Champion award program – one of the biggest emulation programs of F.I.T Group, applied to business executives and employees at member companies, including nearly 60 Champions at the bridgeheads in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Khanh Hoa, etc with a total prize value of up to USD 100,000 and nearly 120,000 FIT shares

F.I.T Champion is a program to encourage and promote business growth for excellent officers and employees of the Group’s Sales Division. Particularly, the winning teams or individuals are requested to achieve a sales completion rate of over 120% of the assigned target.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Sang – Chairman of the Board of Directors of F.I.T Group congratulated excellent teams and individuals who won awards in the third quarter of 2022. The Chairman shared his desire that the Champions should continue to keep their enthusiasm and determination to achieve the achievements in the fourth quarter and advance closer to the 2022 Champion, especially establishing a breakthrough foundation for the 2023 goals.

“The award is not only meaningful in terms of income for all Champions, but also has great significance for promoting the development of each unit and industry of the Group so that we can know about F.I.T Group with brands which are really outstanding for its quality and bring value to consumers”, said Chairman Nguyen Van Sang.

At the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai, General Director of the Group said: “This the third award ceremony, with the full participation of members of the subsidiary. This is a step that marks the solidarity, attachment, and lays a foundation for the whole Group to promote its strength in all fields. I would like to congratulate all of you who have won the Champion award as well as the Champion Cup in the third quarter always preserve the spirit and desire to win for conquest of new heights in the fourth quarter of 2022. In addition, I do hope that after such award ceremony, each unit shall motivate all our officers and employees about the program’s policies and awards to spread the spirit of emulation and determination in the future for each officer, employee in order to gain more achievements in the fourth quarter of 2022”.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai, General Director of the Group expects the Champions to always preserve the spirit and desire to win for conquest of new heights in the fourth quarter of 2022.

Ms. Nguyen Thu Hoai, Branch Manager of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (VPC) in Hanoi shared that after winning the Champion Cup, reaching the target of 185%: “This is the third time I have received the cup of the program and my feeling is still the same as the first time. I also set the determination for Hanoi branch to always have goals and make greater efforts to defend the Champion title.”

Mr. Nguyen Van Minh, representative of the Sales Division of Khanh Hoa Mineral Water Joint Stock Company (Vikoda) who won the F.I.T Champion award, also thanked the Group’s Board of Directors for creating a humane playground and an emulation program. “The program brings me inspiration and passion in sales. The program motivates me to make great efforts and successfully win the F.I.T Champion award today. I would like to send my thanks to Vikoda’s Board of Directors, departments of administration, sales and logistics for supporting me to deliver goods in a proper, and sufficient way and well serve customers. My 2023 orientation is that Vikoda products – Diamond in the rough will be available in all the largest hotels in Vietnam,”, said Mr. Minh.

The Board of Directors of the Group together with all leaders of the member companies have recently established long-term strategies, and 2023 is a very important milestone that marks an important step forward for the F.I.T Group to reach greater responsibilities in improving the quality of community life. F.I.T Champion is considered as a factor to create excellent warriors of the Business Division in the Group, thereby promoting the development of categories to soon achieve the strategic goals established by the Group.

In order to spread and promote the spirit of emulation and determination of each officer and employee in the Business Division, the Group plans to hold an award ceremony for the winners of F.I.T Champion in the fourth quarter and the whole year of 2022 to directly honor all excellent individuals in the whole system, and organize the success sharing workshops to motivate the spirit, strength and energy for all warriors of business division in the Group, contributing to increasing the winners of the Champion award, making F.I.T Group become prosperous, where the talents want to gather and devote.

In the coming year, the F.I.T Champion program will be separately developed for each member company to recognize the development contribution of each sales officer and employee, contributing to the development of each brand of the Group and creation of new consumption trends in the future.
