F.I.T Group awards prizes worth tens of thousands of USD to individuals and groups with excellent achievements in the second quarter of 2022

F.I.T Group Joint Stock Company (F.I.T Group) has just held the award ceremony of “F.I.T Champion in the second quarter of 2022” to 3 branches and 33 individuals with excellent achievements throughout the Group with the total prize value of up to 40,000 USD and 80,000 FIT shares.

The program “F.I.T Champion” is applied to all officials and employees of the Sales division throughout the Group. In which, the winning teams or individuals must have a sales completion rate of over 120% of the assigned target.

The award ceremony of F.I.T Champion in the second quarter of 2022 was held at two locations, Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi city. Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Sang – Chairman of the Board of Management of F.I.T Group congratulated the excellent teams and individuals who won the award in the second quarter of 2022, and shared that the individuals who win the quarterly F.I.T Champion award can reach a minimum income of 60 million VND/month, and the Champions who win the quarterly and annual cup can completely buy a house, buy a car within 1 to 2 years. At the same time, he wished that F.I.T Champion would be the playground of true Champions and that the award would be held quarterly, annually, and maintained for the next 10 years.

After receiving the F.I.T Champion award, Mr. Truong Quoc Hung – DCL’s Capsule Sales Director shared: “As of today, I have also joined DCL for 2 years. I am very honored and proud to have won the Champion Cup in both the first quarter and the second quarter of 2022, besides, my teammates who have been with DCL for 16, 20 years have also won extremely valuable awards, thus affirming that this is a very fair playing field for all members of the Group. Achieving that result is not easy but with a lot of effort, hard work and even sadness. But throughout there is the support of the Board of Management of the Group and the Board of Management of DCL, as well as the efforts and companionship of all members of DCL’s Capsule team. Those efforts have also paid off. Not stopping there, the Capsule team would like to commit to the Group, and DCL that we will continue to work hard to win the cup in the next quarters and the whole year 2022.”
