Over the mindset of doing the best for the employee, the employee’s own joy is the pleasure of the company, in the past years, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoang – Party Committee member, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch of Capsule Factory, Chairman of the Union Base of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company – has always made an effort to work wholeheartedly to deserve the leadership role of our organization and the belief of the employees ”.

Paying heed to enhance the party in the business

Comrade Nguyen Van Hoang believed that Labor was an important factor in the enterprise (DN). In order to maintain and stabilize, develop enterprises steadily, employees to feel secure as well as have long-term commitment with enterprises, company organization must perform well the function of representing, taking real good care of union members and employees. In particular, the cultivation work as also improving the party among workers.

However, as specified by him, as a company with 100% private capital, though the employees are populous, the employees’ awareness about the Party is very limited, therefore the party growing here has never been easy.

From the above reality, he together with the Executive Committee of the Company’s Communist Party to build an annual plan to develop the party members in the labor force and allocate to each union the division to elect the elite employee and make a plan to assign to monitor and support that excellent employee. Every month, quarterly, there are reports on the company’s Executive Committee of the Union Base. If the union member or employee has a good effort then introduce to the party committee to have a development plan.

In addition, the Chairman of the Union base also advised the Board of Directors and the Party Committee of the company to create conditions for employees to study and improve their professional qualifications to serve professional work, contributing to a more and more developed enterprise.

Concurrently, strengthen political ideological education, training and fostering political theory, planning to support elite union members to prepair, improve quality, morality and sense of self-discipline… to develop the party in enterprises, contributing to the growth of the Party organization and the sustainable development of enterprises.

As a result, in the 2 years (2018-2019), the company admitted 10 employees to party members and carried out the procedure of 3 party development files for the party committee at higher levels to review. According to comrade Nguyen Van Hoang, this will be the core force for the enterprise and trade unions to organize activities,  imparting to the party committee to find out effective and practical improvement directions for trade union activities and enterprises …

Plus the “secret” to well implement his model of party development in employees is  performing the tasks, the goal certainly by examples, the ability to mobilize, to persuade, to appreciate colleagues, comrades of the Party members, in which the role of the head is very important.

As the Deputy Executive Vice President of Capsule Production, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoang worked with departments and management boards to produce quality products, contributing to the company’s growing development.

Giving our best to the employees

 Visiting Mr. Tran Hoang Tu’s family – the company’s unionist – when he got home just a few weeks ago.

Taking us a tour of the spacious house that still smells of paint, he said: The family is in difficulty, all living and the children study’s expenses, relied on a few million VND of his monthly income.

Expenditure must be packed hard to cover daily life, so his family did not dare to think about building a house. Also thanks to the Trade Union organization to support 40 million VND, his family has a home to “settle” …

Mr. Tu is one of the cases of union members, employees who are supported from the company’s Union base, particularly the assitance at the right time of the union bast employee that is always “concerned” with the laborer’s difficulties. Thus, as specified by comrade Nguyen Van Hoang, later this year, the company’s Community Council does not have an allocation of the target “Union shelters”. However, since Mr. Tu found his house was so downgraded and badly degraded, he applied for funding to build a house for his family.

As the Chairman of the Company’s Union Base, over the past time, he has always done well in the work of looking out for the legal and legitimate rights as also interests of employees. From timely consulting with the company leaders to set out and well implement the policy of “not allowing any employee in the company to suffer a loss of rights and benefits when participating in the company” to implementating more strictly, correctly, sufficiently and beneficially than the contents signed in the labor contract, in the labor agreement …

Along with that, the company Community Council is always eager to support the lives of union members and employees, promptly grasping their wishes, organizing visits in illness cases, encouraging and timely assist once employees are in adversity. Especially, consistently improving the spiritual life, health exercising for employees through activities such as renting a football field or badminton to create occasions for employees to participate in sports practice; meetings in person to encourage and giving gifts on birthdays, holidays, New Year; campaigning to offering present to employees’ children with good schoolwork achievements.

Beyond, the Union Base organizes the mobilization of trade unions employees to contribute revolving capital (100,000 VND / person / month), helping them have better conditions to improve their quality of life. Not only that, the Union Base also promptly implemented the legal documents, regimes and policies of the State, propagated the laws on social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance to help employees understand their obligations to perform well the State’s legal policies as well as the protection of personal interests … With nothing great but effective and meaningful jobs, it really creates joy for employees and internal solidarity to work together. Perform well the assigned tasks.

For many consecutive years, the company’s Union Base has consistently achieved excellent performance. Comrade Nguyen Van Hoang is an individual member who successfully completed the task for 5 consecutive years; awarded the Certificate of Merit by the General Confederation of Labor of Vietnam for being the standard national president of the Union Base ….
