Accordingly, each managerial level and each married couple in DCL will pick up and plant a tree in Cuu Long Pharmaceutical. Each plant is affixed with the employee’s name tag who planted it. Employees be responsible for taking charge of newly planted trees to create  green working space for Cuu Long Pharmaceutical factory.

On the occasion of the 14th anniversary of the establishment of the parent company FIT Group, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical (DCL) launched a planting trees practice around the factory and My Machine – Actualizing the core value of “Caring” for every factory equipment.

Similarly at Cuu Long Pharmaceutical factories, the Board of Directors called on all employees to apply the My Machine program, in order to practice the core value of “Caring” for each equipment in the factory as stated in the message “Shall every staff regards the factory as your own home, the machinery and equipment are your own property. Ministering to the factory as to remaining the operation efficiently. Keep the machines clean, businesslike, safe and productive.

Thereby, each device in Cuu Long Pharmaceutical factories will be labeled “My Machine”, clearly stating the name of the device and the main operator. This primary operator (OP) takes charge of the equipment as her/his own. In parallel, the managers will regularly check and remind employees about the responsibility for the equipment, ensuring that the machines are always operating effectively.

In 2021, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical will finalize  and put into operation Capsule 4 factory with output of 2.4 billion capsules / year, bringing the total volume of capsules produced to nearly 8 billion capsules / year and starting construction of Benovas Medical Supplies manufacturing factory, thus the label “My Machine” is extremely meaningful, contributing to improving product quality.
