In order to develop the sales system, increase the coverage across the country to reach and respond closely to the actual needs of customers through a new business model, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical (DCL) has just held the meeting “Town Hall Meeting ”at FLC Quy Nhon.
Currently, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical has 11 branches, more than 110 distributors and agents to distribute goods to hospitals and pharmacies nationwide. With the new business model, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical branches will be more empowered, enhance coverage, raise accountability and be more proactive at work.
Products will be circulated smoothly and quickly, ensuring timely response to market demand. At the same time, synchronously coordinating with the Innovation Project throughout the Company, the Sales Team as well as the branches are conducting screening to choose the most positive factors.There by, boosting DCL’s competitiveness. Simultaneously with the new business model, the sales team will focus more on developing the company’s core products.

The “Town Hall Meeting” is also an opportunity for the leaders and sales team of DCL to agree on goals and commit to implement the plan for Q4 / 2020. During the meeting, Chairman Nguyen Van Sang shared about DCL’s next 5-year goal for the sales team to understand and commit to follow the strategies set by the Board of Directors.
