- Dosage & Administration:
- Administration: Should be taken after meals.
- Dosage:
- Do not take more than 6 capsules per day. The interval between doses should be 4-6 hours.
- For patients with renal impairment, the minimum interval is 8 hours. If pain continues for more than 5 days, do not continue treatment without consulting a physician.
- The daily dose of Paracetamol is about 60mg/kg/day, divided into 4-6 doses.
- Adults and children over 11 years: Take 1 capsule per dose, repeat after 4-6 hours if needed. For severe pain, 2 capsules can be taken per dose, but no more than 6 capsules per day.
- Patients with severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance < 10ml/min): The interval between doses should be at least 8 hours.
- Or as directed by a physician.
- Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to any component of the medication.
- Patients with severe liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, lung disease, and patients with repeated anemia.
- Patients with glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency.
- Paracetamol should not be used to treat rheumatism or pain of visceral origin.
- Storage & Quality:
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature below 30°C, away from light.
