- Dosage & Administration:
- Cetirizine is for oral use. It can be taken with or without food.
- Adults and children 6 years and older: Take 10 mg once daily or 5 mg twice daily.
- Hepatic impairment: The dose should be reduced by half.
- Renal impairment: The dose should be adjusted according to CrCl as per the following table:

- Contraindications:
- Patients with a history of allergy to cetirizine, hydroxyzine, or any component of the medication.
- Children under 6 years.
- End-stage renal disease (CrCl < 10 ml/min).
- Storage & Quality:
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature below 30°C, away from light.
- Shelf Life: 36 months from the manufacturing date.
- Quality Standard: Manufacturer’s Standard.
