- Dosage & Administration:
- Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with plenty of water, after a meal. For short-term use only. To minimize unwanted side effects, use the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible duration to control symptoms. Patients should inform their physician if symptoms do not subside after 3 days of use.
- Dosage:
- Adults (including the elderly): Take 1-2 tablets, repeated every 6 hours if needed. The maximum daily dose is 3000 mg paracetamol / 1200 mg Ibuprofen. Elderly patients are at high risk for adverse effects, so they should use the lowest dose for the shortest duration to control symptoms.
- Children under 18 years: This formulation is not recommended.
- Contraindications:
- Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to paracetamol, ibuprofen, or any component of the medication.
- Hypersensitivity to aspirin or other NSAIDs (asthma, rhinitis, urticaria after aspirin use).
- History of peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding caused by NSAIDs, active peptic ulcer.
- Patients currently being treated with coumarin anticoagulants.
- Severe liver, kidney, or heart failure.
- Concurrent use with other NSAID-containing medications (including selective COX-2 inhibitors) and medications containing paracetamol.
- Women in the last trimester of pregnancy.
- Storage & Quality:
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature below 30°C, away from light.
- Shelf Life: 36 months from the manufacturing date.
