- Administration: Take with water.
- Dosage:
- Adults and children 16 years and older: The usual oral dose is 500mg-1g per dose (1-2 tablets per dose), every 4-6 hours; maximum of 4g/day (8 tablets/day). The maximum dose for a single administration is 1g (2 tablets/dose).
- Children:
- Children under 10 years: Do not use this tablet.
- Children 10 to 15 years: Take 500mg per dose (1 tablet per dose), every 4-6 hours, maximum of 4 doses/24 hours.
- Children 16 to 18 years: Use the same dose as adults.
- Renal Impairment: In children with CrCl < 10ml/min, the dose interval should be 8 hours. In adults with CrCl 10-50ml/min, the dose interval should be 6 hours. For CrCl < 10ml/min, the dose interval should be 8 hours.
- Hepatic Impairment: Use with caution and at a low dose. Avoid prolonged use.
- Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to paracetamol or any component of the medication.
- Storage & Quality:
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature below 30°C, away from light.
- Shelf Life: 36 months from the manufacturing date.
