- Dosage & Administration:
- Osteoarthritis in adults: Take 200 mg once daily or divided into two equal doses.
- Rheumatoid arthritis in adults: Take 200 mg per dose, twice daily, can be taken regardless of meals; higher doses (400 mg twice daily) must be taken with meals to improve absorption.
- Colorectal polyps: Take 400 mg per dose, twice daily.
- General pain and dysmenorrhea: Adults: Take 400 mg once, followed by 200 mg if needed on the first day. To continue pain relief, 200 mg can be taken twice daily, if necessary.
- Elderly (over 65): No dose adjustment is needed, although plasma drug concentration may increase. However, for elderly patients weighing less than 50 kg, the lowest recommended dose should be used at the start of treatment.

- Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to celecoxib or sulfonamides.
- Severe heart failure.
- Severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance below 30 ml/min).
- Severe hepatic impairment.
- Inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis).
- History of asthma, urticaria, or other allergic-type reactions after taking aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).

- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature below 30°C, away from light.
