- Dosage & Administration:
- In children, the dosage is determined by the child’s body weight, and therefore the approximate age based on weight must be known.
- The recommended daily dose of paracetamol is about 60 mg/kg/day, divided into 4 or 6 doses, which is about 15 mg/kg every 6 hours or 10 mg/kg every 4 hours.
- Children weighing 16 to 24 kg (approximately 4 to 9 years old): Take 1 sachet per dose, can be repeated after 6 hours if necessary, no more than 4 sachets per day.
- Children weighing 25 to 30 kg (approximately 8 to 11 years old): Take 1 sachet per dose, can be repeated after 4 hours if necessary, no more than 6 sachets per day.
- Children weighing 31 to 48 kg (approximately 10 to 15 years old): Take 2 sachets per dose, can be repeated after 6 hours if necessary, no more than 8 sachets per day.
- Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to paracetamol or any component of the medication.
- Severe liver failure.

- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature below 30°C, away from light.
- Shelf Life: 36 months from the manufacturing date.
