Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (DCL) has summed up 2016 and plan for 2017 by the program chain of OGSM Day and Sales kick off combined with the exciting and atmosphere team-building. The program takes place over two days 6-7 / 1/2017 with the participation of leaders (BLD) and all staffs of DCL.
This series events was held to summarize the results of operations and business of DCL in 2016, from which company will set the objectives and work plan for 2017. With revenue growth target 25% (not including the revenue will come from Euvipharm – DCL has just concluded the acquisition of 90% Euvipharm stake in 01/06/2017). In 2017, DCL will continue to improve sales system, building customer loyalty by improving customer service quality, well-managed budget and debt. The orientation and the right strategy of FIT Group continues to be the basis for the confident of completing DCL goals in coming years.
After finishing Kick-off and OGSM, DCL leaders and employees had moments bursting with chain of teambuilding activities to launch new business season. Experiencing the exciting group games, all as being added to the energy and spirit of the mount for an upcoming business year with many challenges but also many expectations. Following the spirit inspiration, Gala Dinner in 7/1 was held, employees with outstanding achievements in 2016 were honored and this is a source of great encouragement that DCL BLD want to bring for individuals who have contributed to the overall success of DCL.
Speaking at the Gala Dinner, President and CEO of DCL – Mr. Nguyen Van Sang said thank to all DCL staffs has contributed significantly to the successes of company in 2016. Mr. Nguyen Van Sang affirmed, with the achievements of last year, DCL can completely a lot of success in 2017 further to the determination and efforts of the entire company. Chairman Nguyen Van Sang also expected, pharmaceuticals will continue to be a strategic sector in the investment structure of FIT, and thereby DCL promises longer strides to reach the goal of becoming Vietnam’s leading pharmaceutical company.
Not only was honored individuals and collective excellence group evening, Gala dinner is an opportunity to mount collective DCL by together singing. DCL officials brought to the hall a lively atmosphere and a lot of emotion with impressive performances. All employees have the same raise singing “Faith victory” represents the cohesion and determination of the great family of DCL, strength always, unanimity same general direction to success.
