That is the opportunities to create the connection among members, set the fire to the teamwork spirit.

The highlight in DCL’s business results in 2020 is that it has achieved a record profit of about 40 billion VND in the fourth quarter of 2020. Specifically, DCL’s pre-tax profit in October and November 2020 respectively is 10 and 14 billion dong, expected to reach 15 billion in December 2020. Generally in 2020, DCL’s revenue is over 661 billion dong, gross profit is nearly 200 billion dong, pre-tax profit is over 90 billion dong.

In order to obtain this record increase in business results, besides the investment in machinery and equipment to improve product quality, the restructuring of the sales system also plays a significant role. At the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2020, DCL changed the sales model in the direction that branches would be more empowered, increase coverage, accountability and be more proactive at work.Products will be circulated smoothly and quickly, ensuring timely response to market demand. At the same time, synchronously coordinating with the Innovation Project across the company, the sales team as well as affiliates are conducting screening to choose the most positive factors. Thereby, enhancing DCL’s competitiveness.

In 2021, DCL will complete and put into operation the Capsule 4 factory with a capacity of 2.4 billion capsules / year, bringing the total volume of capsules produced to nearly 8 billion capsules / year. In 2020, DCL also applied for a visa for two cancer drugs, which are in high demand in Vietnam in particular and the world in general. This promises to bring in millions of dollars in sales for 2021 and beyond. In addition, the enterprise continues to promote and perfect the sales model to increase the coverage of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical products to all localities in the country and towards the export of a number of products.

Hence, in 2021, DCL sets a target of 980 billion dong in revenue, up by 50%, pre-tax profit to 164 billion dong, up 116% compared to 2020. Also at the SALES KICKOFF – 2021, the leaders of the Group and DCL awarded teams with good achievements in 2020 such as the SPOT AWARDS – NOVEMBER with the first prize of 500 USD for An Giang branch; second prize worth 300 USD for Ca Mau branch and many other honors.
