F.I.T Group builds corporate culture through the session to share the book “Good to Great”

On July 9, 2022, at the hall of F.I.T Group Joint Stock Company, a contest to share the management book “Good to Great” by author Jim Collins took place. This is considered a classic book of sustainable large businesses around the world.

The book provides readers with valuable practical methods and know-how that will help a business rise to become a great company. The lessons Jim Collins mentioned in the book are summarized and presented by a process of research and analysis over a long period of time in a specific and accurate way. Throughout the book, showing how a business becomes great through a process from “disciplined people”, “disciplined thoughts” and to “disciplined actions”. The author pointed out that “By applying discipline, disciplined thoughts and disciplined actions, every company can build and disrupt and break down barriers to greatness.” “The good-to-great companies understand that if they continue to do what they do well, they will always stay good; focusing on the potential to be better than any other organization is the way to greatness.”

The departments showing creativity in their presentations

At the contest to share the book “Good to Great”, the Group’s departments were selected to choose topics from the book’s chapters, presenting their feelings, analyzing examples and lessons learned in accordance with the nature of the work of each department. With their creativity, the departments brought a meaningful presentation and emotional levels through dramatic situations, humorous stories to add excitement to the sharing session. In particular, the experiences and lessons of discipline drawn from the book have been summarized by F.I.T Group employees to apply in practice to improve work productivity, save time and effort.

Audit department; Funding & Financial Investment department and the Office of the Board of Management won the first prize for sharing the chapter “Flywheel and vicious circle”

The Personnel & Administration Department won the second prize for sharing the the content of the entire book
